NINJA TERMINATOR (1986) Cauldron Films Blu-ray Review

 


Cauldron Films brings Godfrey Ho's martial arts hodge-podge hoot NINJA TERMINATOR to Blu-ray in an extras-packed edition, with a great transfer that really makes those pink ninja outfits and orange Garfield phone colors pop. Totally bonkers mix of a solid Korean martial arts film and totally unrelated later shot-in-Hong-Kong scenes with Richard Harrison as a bored-looking Ninja mostly hanging out in his apartment in a camo ninja suit slicing up watermelons with a sword. Plenty of ninja action and martial arts, WTF moments, and the pure joy of seeing the scene that Garfield phone meme came from.
